Raising the Roof
Builders installing final course of blocks across roofline. All interior rooms will have vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams.

Constructing Gate & Painting Entrance Wall
Crews busy cleaning and painting the entrance wall. Bricking the dome of the cupola and building and installing new entrance gate.
Treated effluent collection tank. To be used for irrigation!
Finishing construction of the tank that will hold the treated effluent from the BioNest Septic system, which is suitable for irrigation purposes.
Casita nearing completion.
